Memories...

Here is a fun little game... leave a comment on my blog of a memory that you and I have had together. It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time or a long time, anything that you remember! Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It is pretty funny to read the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you are playing and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. On your mark... get set... blog those memories!

This can be memories of me, Nate, or the girls...

I remember that time at the pool when I saw the real side of our sweet smiley Stacey after you told off that annoying lifeguard. :) I love that you are a woman after my own heart and have a super sassy side once in a while. You are so beautiful and always smiling!

I'll leave a memory of Nate that Jim once shared with me. Jim said that whenever Nate offered the right answer or was correcting something someone thought that wasn't right he would humbly say, "I think it's actually...(and then give the right answer or thing)." Jim said that Nate was really smart and Jim knew he KNEW the thing, but always said "I think it's this" (even though he obviously knows everything.) Also, if Jim needed a favor he knew he could count on Nate because he was such a great guy, responsible and willing to help.

I have lots of memories of us. But a favorite one is when I lived at Christopher Village, and you used to sleep over all the time. I just remember you bringing lots of goodies and such over, and we had great conversation all night. I think this was before you met Nate (or that period between your first date and dating!). We talked about the gospel and other important aspects of life. It was great!
I loved going to get ice-shakes from that hole in the wall behind 7-11 off Harrison Blvd. I remember that time you got married, and I bawled the whole night at your dinner. You and Nate were great! You've always helped pick me up. I remember you being a crazy driver up the canyon, too! I'm sure you're not that way anymore :)
Remember all those fun sorority days? Haha!
I definitely remember my trip to Baltimore. We had such a fun time there and going into D.C. And Katelyn was such a good sport at the age of 1 month (approx).
Oh, I loved that day (in Ogden) we kicked Nate out for the morning and we made blueberry waffles. Delicious! There are many many more fun things I could share!

One memory I have of you is after church when you came up to me and just flat out asked about playgroup. That totally impressed me because there are SO MANY people who move to a different ward and don't meet anyone for weeks or months because they don't make any effort to do so. I immediately thought "this girl is really taking initiative, she's going to make it just fine out here in CA." :) And I hope you feel like you have many new CA friends, because thats how we feel about you---you're our instant friend.

Hey, I haven't checked any blogs for awhile since we've been in Utah, so I loved looking at all your pictures and exciting move. And, my fun memory with you was having FHE at your house and eating the yummy homemade pizza and garlic bread. Thanks for being such a great friend.

I remember swinging on my swing set when we were little and how sad I was when you moved. I remember swimming at your house and then after your mom put stuff in our ears. I also remember how jealous I was that you had your own bathroom. I'm glad we've been able to stay in contact through the years!

I remember sitting in Sunday school on our 1st day in the ward and hearing a very enlightening comment from a girl sitting across the isle. I looked over to see who was speaking and I was surprised at how beautiful she was. Psst, it was you, in case you didn't catch that. :)

funny memory of nate is when he discovered that he was allergic to Tylenol. Not funny for him but funny for me.
